Returns Policy

Our returns procedure is a simple and convenient process. On this page you may find its description in details.

We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). This means that you can cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of that order.  The goods have to be returned to us in an unused and unopened state suitable for resale and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You do not have to have a reason for canceling your purchase and as dictated by law, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days of the order being cancelled. 

To cancel your order and arrange a return of the unwanted goods you must contact us within the "cooling off period". Simply e-mail us at mail@stylish-jewellery.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the address you need to send your parcel too, within 7 days of receiving your order. Postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. All items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation (RA) number. For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process.

A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. 

Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings, sets with earrings, body jewellery or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been ordered outside our current range - these items are highlighted Special Order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of issuing the RMA number to return the goods back to us. If we receive your return package beyond this allowed time frame, your return will be rejected and we may discard the package or return back to you at your cost.

Returns Policy Overview


Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. 

Exchanges are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any delivery costs for such exchanges. The shipping of any further returns of exchanged items will again be at the customer's cost and exchanges will be refunded only as a credit note. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. In the event of a failure to return any goods to us, even if you have indicated that you do not wish to keep the items, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting, or posting the item by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Stylish-Jewellery will arrange for an exchange. Stylish-Jewellery decision is final. 

Receiving a refund

We will make every effort necessary to deal with your return as soon as we receive it. In any case, we guarantee that we will issue a full refund or send you the replacemnt items within 7 days of receiving your package. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU)

Returns policy for items on sale 

We do not accept any Return or Exchange on following Items: All Clearance Items.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will always have what you would like to order in stock. If we do not have your desired item we will be in touch to let you know when it will be coming in and find out if you would still like us to process your order.
